Balingen. March 2nd – uhlsport GmbH announces a change at the top of the company. Melanie Steinhilber steps up and assumes the role of CEO of uhlsport GmbH.
Steinhilber has been part of uhlsport GmbH since 2002 and has played a key role in shaping both the company and its brands uhlsport and Kempa over more than two decades, holding various leadership positions throughout her career.
The existing executive management structure remains unchanged and proven. Alongside Melanie Steinhilber, the leadership team includes Viktor Daiker (Authorized Officer & VP Finance), Baris Levent (VP Procurement, Logistics & QA), Sulaiman El-Hamad (VP Sales, now also responsible for the D-A-CH market), and Mario Scholze, who takes on his new role as VP Sales Controlling & Analytics.
With this appointment, the Daiss family sends a clear signal of continuity and strength. At the same time, they reaffirm their full support for the strategic development of uhlsport GmbH and underline their willingness to continue making significant investments—particularly in infrastructure, as well as sponsorship and partnership activities.
