Reducing the ecological footprint

It is our duty to use natural resources wisely and not to waste them. To this end, we have a rigorous waste separation policy at our headquarters. Materials that have already been used are recycled in order to protect the environment. All employees – from management to trainees – are consistently encouraged to take every opportunity to avoid waste.

We pursue an optimized packaging policy for the packaging of our products. For goalkeeper gloves and shin guards, we eliminate traditional packaging and ship them in space-saving and reusable soft packaging.

This maximizes the quantity in a shipping carton and minimizes the shipping volume to our warehouse. 90% of our balls are packaged and shipped non-pumped for shipping. As a result, each box of balls can be filled with one-third more product, each container can be loaded with one-third more product, and each shipping unit can be shipped with one-third less fuel. In this way, we save resources and reduce the use of fossil fuels.

At our headquarter, all departments largely dispense with the paper form. All communication is digital wherever possible. Pay slips are recorded electronically and can be accessed online by employees. If a non-electronic form is indispensable, it is printed exclusively on certified, ecological and environmentally friendly FSC paper.
