We are committed to demanding these standards from our suppliers. That is why we have formulated a binding code of conduct – for safe, humane working conditions and fair cooperation. We have been a member of amfori/BSCI since 2016.

We pursue an open office concept with ergonomic, flexibly designed workstations and promote a pleasant working atmosphere. Water, coffee & tea are freely available to all employees* during working hours.

Employee satisfaction is an important basis for economic success. This is not the only reason why it is a matter close to our hearts to focus on the well-being of our team. We believe that only a healthy, satisfied employee can develop personally and deliver the best performance for the company.

Our flexible working model gives employees in almost all areas of work the opportunity to organize their working hours individually.

Outside working hours, all employees have access to attractive options to improve and protect their own health. The nearby gym, right next to the Balingen headquarters, can be used by all employees* at low cost. We also offer the option of a job bike to encourage an active lifestyle and minimize emissions.

We want to work exclusively with vendors and suppliers who share our high legal and ethical standards – especially toward their own employees.

Our goal is to build long-term relationships with our vendors and suppliers. With this consistency, we support all partners in the sustainable development of safe workplaces, fair wages and the improvement of all working conditions.

All factories, contract partners, licensees, internal systems and other business partners who participate in the manufacturing process of our products act in accordance with the uhlsport GmbH code of conduct and ensure that all contracts, subcontracts and other relationships are adhered to in accordance with the established regulations. Our guidelines ensure that we effectively use our economic leverage with business partners to promote full compliance with laws designed to protect employees and support the highest standards of business relationships.
