Kempa becomes official equipment partner of the Baden-Württemberg Basketball Federation
Balingen, 26 June 2026 – The team and multisport brand Kempa is further expanding its commitment to basketball and is becoming the official equipment partner of the Baden-Württemberg Basketball Federation (Basketballverband Baden-Württemberg, BBW). The long-term partnership runs until the end of 2030. The collaboration is supported by PG Teamsport, which acts as the official specialist retailer and point of contact for the BBW and its clubs.
With this agreement, three partners are joining forces who combine sport, team-sport expertise and regional roots. Kempa, a brand of uhlsport GmbH, is rooted in Baden-Württemberg and established internationally in team sports. PG Teamsport brings many years of experience in equipment, distribution and finishing and has been a reliable partner of the BBW for many years – among other things in equipping referees as well as in the federation’s events and projects.
The partnership focuses on equipping the federation, supporting events and providing attractive offers for clubs in Baden-Württemberg. The long-term duration until the end of 2030 underlines the shared ambition to promote and develop basketball in the region sustainably.

For PG Teamsport, the new agreement is a logical step. The company has been closely connected to basketball for many years and, as part of the partnership, will handle the distribution and finishing of Kempa teamwear through PG Teamsport, a company of Gailing KG. With decades of experience, Gailing KG is one of the leading specialists in textile printing and finishing and stands for high quality, reliable processes and individual solutions.
